I made an appointment because I wanted to meet the director, who has a blunt and straightforward style and seemed like he would give an objective evaluation, but for a reason I cannot explain here, I never got to meet him. This was a problem that would not have happened if they had just handled the appointment properly. They said they would call again, but the call never came, so in the end I had to call back myself and explain everything from the beginning again. I was on my way from the provinces to the hospital, but in the end I had to turn back. I think it was a pre-surgery reason sent by God to tell me to stop. I am now looking into other hospitals. It is a disappointing hospital.
