The hospital was very clean and quiet, and I really liked the staff's eyes. The consultation order was staff manager -> doctor -> staff manager. The staff manager just looked at my eyes for a bit and briefly wrote down what I wanted to have done, and I had about a 20-minute consultation with the doctor. He looked a little young, but he was extremely thorough. He showed me a lot of before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine, and besides the issues I said I wanted to improve, he also immediately picked out the problems with my eyes that I had always been thinking about and explained ways to improve them, which I liked. In particular, I was really moved by things like the faint vertical scar from the inner corner canthoplasty near the left eye’s inner corner, and the front line being distorted ㅋㅋ During the final consultation with the staff manager, there was no pressure at all to book or leave a deposit, and they answered my questions very calmly, which I liked. Both the doctor and the staff manager had no salesman vibe at all and were kind and calm, so I felt very comfortable during the consultation! In the end, I did leave with a reservation, but I also liked that if you cancel up to 4 days in advance, the deposit is 100% refunded, which showed confidence different from other clinics. The reason I am still a little hesitant about surgery, though, is that they said it would be done by excision, so I feel like my skin reserve may not be that abundant. Also, it is honestly a bit pricey... And after looking around a bit more, I saw some reviews about side effects related to scars and uneven lines, so I put the surgery on hold.
