They have a professional feel, so I trust them. I wanted to avoid incision, but they said I absolutely had to have an incision, so I decided to trust the doctor and go ahead. I also wanted a secondary canthoplasty, but they said I was not a case where that could be done, so I gave up on it. I liked that they only talked about the surgery that was truly necessary and possible for me. The person who handled the consultation was also kind and nice. However, they seemed a little busy, so I could not ask everything I wanted to ask
