I usually go to the new building, but I made a mistake with the reservation and ended up going to the old building, and I was so shocked by how bad the facilities were. Maybe it felt even worse because it was a day when I was only getting Botox without a laser, so I was just sitting around in a room and things felt kind of rough. Maybe it was just in my head, but the doctor seemed more careless too, and the staff also looked more flustered. The new building is always extremely kind and the staff have plenty of room... the facilities are also really good... After that, I stopped going to the old building.
