I don't remember it well. Overall they were kind, clean, and the cost was at a reasonable level. The one difference I remember is that they said we should put the bridge of the nose in the area between the eyebrows too. That's just a difference in aesthetic preference, so each person can judge for themselves? I also remember the people shown as example cases were more like cases with dramatic before-and-after results rather than noses similar to mine? The facilities were good, the staff were kind, there wasn't any crowding in consultations, and it seemed private, so overall good good. At that time I went in knowing nothing at all about nose surgery, so maybe that's why I don't remember it well
