I think the director has an aesthetic sense! Like ㅌㄹㄷ, here too they place a very strong emphasis on the nasolabial angle, and they use Photoshop to roughly show you how the side profile will come out. Also, at other hospitals, there were so many that recommended costal cartilage even for first-time surgery, but in the case of ㅂㅇㅈ, they said surgery was possible even using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, so I'm thinking about just doing it at ㅂㅇㅈ..
