I came in for a breast surgery consultation. It was the third clinic I had consulted, and the director explained things in detail and gives very detailed explanations when I ask questions. But I felt like he tended to guide me toward the size and surgical method he himself had in mind! At other places they said it had to be dual-plane, but here they said subfascial and inframammary incision would make the shape come out prettier, so I'm torn (At other places they said an axillary approach was possible, and the shape difference wasn't that big.
