The director is very calm and explains things in detail. He showed me photos of patients with cases similar to mine and explained the surgical plan. Other clinics always do a CT scan before consultation, but here the manager asked whether I wanted photos taken or just a consultation, so I said I would just consult without photos. But during the consultation the director personally took photos on a tablet and also showed me the design. I have already consulted too many
