It's been about 2 years since I had double eyelid surgery, and the sausage-like look has mostly improved.. But because the goal was to lower the fold, it became too low, and the asymmetry did not improve... Still, the good thing is that the overall harmony matches, so people keep saying I became prettier, which makes me happy!! However, I do not recommend it for people for whom aesthetic details are important... It's only strongly recommended if your goal is just to lower the fold and cost is an issue!! But if I went back, I would do it somewhere else...
