A close acquaintance of mine had successful double eyelid surgery at this hospital, so I looked up reviews in the app. The review photos were overall consistent with the kind of line I like, so I went to the consultation trusting the director's sense of aesthetics. The hospital is not large, but there are many people and it is a bit hectic. The director was kind and clearly said what could and could not be done, which I liked. I asked whether we could do a semi-out line because I did not want the front of the line to hide under the skin, but the doctor flatly refused, saying my eyes were not suitable for semi-out. Instead, he said he could make the front corner of the eyes look clearer with an in-out line plus a slight front canthoplasty. He also said I had almost no strength to open my eyes, so I would need ptosis correction. The consultation manager was just normally kind, and there was no pressure to book. Before the surgery, the director asked once more what I wanted and then designed the line. I said I wanted it as open and refreshing as possible while still suiting my eyes, and because I felt he would design it according to his own taste anyway no matter what I said, I just trusted him and lay down. But maybe because the anesthesia was strong, even though they said that during incision double eyelid surgery you wake up in the middle to check the line, I have no memory of waking up. Still, maybe I did wake and close my eyes in my sleep...? Even so, the double eyelid line is so pretty and seems to have been made as dazzling as possible within what suits me, so I am very satisfied! My eyes were already very slightly asymmetrical (only visible to me; even when I asked acquaintances, they did not notice the difference), and I think that was taken into account so the line was made evenly. The ptosis correction also was not overcorrected and came out naturally. My mom is extremely picky and does not trust doctors, but she said it was a good thing I had it done here. In the end, it feels like the maximum result my eyes could produce. About a week after the stitches were removed, the swelling was almost gone except around the surgical scars. But I think that may also be because my skin is sturdy. In fact, the swelling went down faster than I expected, so I am worried the double eyelid line might become smaller than this. Aftercare includes swelling laser on the day the stitches are removed, and if you want, a swelling shot too, but I said I did not need the shot. I could not see the director on the stitch-removal day. The hospital is a bit hectic and does not feel like it is personally taking care of me, so it may not suit people who care about that, but I do not mind that kind of thing; as long as the surgery is done well, I am satisfied.
