I went for a consultation about under-eye surgery, and the conclusion was that satisfaction would be lower if I didn’t also do fat grafting. After explaining the basic under-eye surgery method, most of what they said was that satisfaction is higher if you do fat grafting too. They said if I don’t do fat grafting during the first surgery and want to add it later, it would cost about 100,000 won in anesthesia fees each time, probably twice.
