It seems like the director is no longer here, but I had a consultation about forehead reduction. When I consulted at other hospitals, they were so unfriendly that I felt bad, but this director smiled a lot and even drew pictures to explain things even before I asked any questions. I had made up my mind to do it here, but the director at the other hospital had much better experience, so I did it there. But this director also seemed to have good experience and good skills, so I think it would have turned out well if I had done it here too! The manager doesn't really stand out in my memory, so I guess they were just average, and I remember the hospital atmosphere as being just average too..
