The consultation didn't feel all that friendly. It was more like they only said exactly what they needed to say and didn't explain anything beyond that? Still, the person who consulted me wasn't rude! Even so, I had faith because the doctor who performed the surgery clearly said no when something wasn't possible. He seemed proud of his own ability. I went on a weekend and at a time when surgeries were already scheduled, so the wait was a bit long.
