The manager was extremely rude. I asked about the consultation date, and they told me not to ask things like that. Their tone was also extremely unpleasant, making it very obvious they were annoyed. They were rude. Even before thinking about my expectations for surgery, all thoughts of getting surgery disappeared while I was in the consultation.
