I went for a nose surgery consultation, and the moment I saw the consultation manager's nose, I immediately thought our aesthetics were not aligned. Personally, the style and direction I prefer seemed different, so the consultation itself did not resonate much, and I felt it would be hard to get the result I wanted at this clinic.
