It seemed like the review ratings on the community were not good just a few days ago, but now the score has gone up. I want to raise a question about this part. And the amount they wrote is the price with the photos disclosed. The doctor seemed to explain mainly in terms of design. (But since my nose has only a high bridge and a drooping tip, wherever I went, I kept getting the same design answer: lower the bridge and raise the tip, so I wasn’t really impressed.) Still, I liked the way they showed it through Photoshop. When I asked about a few surgical methods, they answered me. They said the pinched nose can be repositioned with costal cartilage (doctor’s opinion) That they would reposition the alar cartilage without tying the tip (manager’s opinion) The biggest merit was that while doing philtrum reduction, they anchor it to the nasal septum so the philtrum won’t drop again. The downsides are that there aren’t any reviews and it is not a specialist clinic for philtrum surgery, so it’s hard to predict scarring When doing alar lift, the resection range is the entire outer alar base (according to the manager; they said there would be no scar with the director’s technique) That autologous costal cartilage has to be used (the manager said if using rib cartilage, they would use the 7th-8th area. I don’t clearly remember the reason they gave for why that area should be used, but they said 7-8 is the best. If you’re using autologous costal cartilage, they recommend this place) Those were the pros and cons of the consultation itself. On the community, the evaluations were hit-or-miss, and in a plastic surgery group chat too, people said either the design is great or there were functional problems. I’ve been to so many clinics that I feel like I’ll forget, so I’m writing it down in detail.
