I went there several times for procedures, and there were always a lot of people! But because the procedures finished quickly, a seat would open up right away, so I didn't have to wait long to get treated. There wasn't a separate doctor consultation, and the process was basically check in, wait, then go straight in and start the procedure. The doctor who did the procedure changed every time, and some were so meticulous that I was very satisfied, while others seemed a bit careless and that was disappointing. Still, the price advantage was so big that I keep going regularly. It probably isn't a good fit for people who need a doctor's professional consultation and a private space, but I recommend it for people who know exactly what procedure they want and want it done quickly!
