I went for a consultation for 3 types of contouring. The wait was about 40 minutes after I arrived because the earlier surgery ran long, and before that there was about another hour of delay. They said they'd contact me about the additional delay, but they didn't, so I just went. The director seemed confident, but also stubborn and not very kind. If I complained, I think he would just pretend not to know. For the cheekbones, he is firmly against not reducing them. For the chin, he seems to like people with a weak chin. He seems to prefer advancing a weak chin. He dislikes moving it backward.
