The doctor is very cool. He does not do things carelessly, but seems very busy. Still, that made him seem even more professional. He kept asking if I had any questions. The staff are actually the kindest part here. I do not know much about the operating room because it was hectic, but the man there was the kindest, and the desk staff were the best. It was so easy to talk with the manager. I liked that there was no excessive pressure. The coordinator who took care of me after surgery was also very kind. So I was a little
