Reservations are meaningless here. Even if you make one, you always end up waiting close to an hour. There are plenty of cheap factory-style dermatology clinics nearby, so don't waste time here and just book somewhere else. The consultation manager is a bit salesy. Botox is a decent low price and decent effect in the way you'd expect, but if you ignore the waiting time, there's no reason not to go. Still, the waiting time is way too painful to waste.
