I was in Gangnam and had some time, so I visited this place in a rush without really researching it properly. I hadn't made a reservation, but they said it was possible and even apologized for not being able to answer the phone. There are so many plastic surgery clinics with rude front desk staff, but here everyone was so kind, especially the man. The facilities were also really nice, and I was surprised by how pretty the interior was. A woman handled my consultation, and she explained things well and treated me warmly, like an older sister, so from that point on I felt really good
