I went to get a consultation because they were famous after I looked into under-eye fat repositioning. But there were several directors, and I think I had to wait about a month just to get the consultation... I had already scheduled around the times I could not do because of work, but the consultation wait still felt way too long. Once I actually went, there were not many customers and the consultation started almost right away. In the end, they explained that I would not be able to get the dramatic effect I was imagining, because of pigmentation, so I do trust them, but it also made me feel like there was no real need to do it. I liked that they explained in detail why it would not work and how the course would go if I proceeded. If you have under-eye fat, it might be worth a try.
