The director's consultation did feel professional, but they recommended a low crease line and were very firm about saying no to things that could not be done, so it ended up being quite far from the eye surgery I wanted. I went there wearing eyelid tape without knowing, and when I asked whether we could remove it and try making a line, they said absolutely not and that it could not be done. !Just for reference... so I could not even try to see the line. The consultation manager was kind, the facility was clean and nice, and the wait was not long; in fact, if I went early, I could go in early. Maybe I was just lucky!.
