The manager was really calm and explained things in a very gentle, detailed way. But I kept feeling like they were trying to steer me toward surgery, which made me a little uncomfortable. They connected me with the doctor right away, and the consultation with the doctor was cheerful and confident, which I liked. They said they use a lifting machine and various other devices, and it seemed like they pay a lot of attention to skin elasticity. But the price is a bit high, so I'm still debating.
