I heard it was hard to make an appointment, so I came without choosing a doctor after a consultation cancellation came up. *Consultation went in this order: manager - doctor - manager After filling out the chart, I waited about 10 minutes before going into the consultation room. After going in, I waited a bit and then had a consultation with the manager (they were kind!). Then I think I waited about 50 minutes to 1 hour ;; A hospital staff member said the wait might be a little longer because of ~~~ and that they would guide me as soon as the doctor came, but while waiting I was already exhausted ;; Just as I was thinking about leaving, the doctor came in and, well... he set the line I wanted very well, recommended only what was really necessary, and honestly explained a few things about my eyes, so the consultation was better than I expected. Then after waiting about 20 more minutes I had another manager consultation and left (exhausted from the endless waiting). If you are looking for a natural eye shape, this clinic might not be bad ;; But the wait was way too long ((too many people)), so I strongly felt it was a factory-style place
