Throughout the consultation, they focused mostly on my constricted nose, and they really treated the patient like a patient. They carefully checked the CT and the inside of my nose, and since a lot of the nasal cartilage inside had already been used up, they said ear cartilage would not be enough and suggested rib cartilage, without exaggerating or trying to scare me, just based on evidence
