I went 30 minutes early, but strangely I did not wait in the waiting room and went straight into the consultation room. After filling out the chart, about 5 to 10 minutes later the manager came in, gave a brief consultation, and then the director came in about 10 minutes later, apologized for being late, and continued the consultation..! By my standards they were not late at all, and it was the first time I had ever seen a director apologize even when late, so I was surprised.. They gave a very detailed and professional consultation based on the photos they had taken. It was the first clinic I had heard say that the amount of my tear duct opening differed on each side, so the amount of widening would also differ. After that they explained many things about my eyes in detail and set the line, but I do not remember that part... They did not make the line very much, so I do not remember it, but it was not bad, though it was not like wow, amazingly pretty either. They recommended eye correction/widening, but said it was my choice. After the consultation, I had a second consultation with the manager, who was very kind, so that was nice. There was no pressure to reserve, and the price was cheaper than I expected. But I cannot remember the important line, so I am thinking of going back for another consultation.
