I first saw him on YouTube, and because I liked the impression in the videos, I went ahead with surgery, but in the end I had revision surgery somewhere else. You should not expect the same careful and meticulous impression from real life as from the videos. Even at the first consultation, he was late past the appointment time, and every follow-up check was late too; he kept consulting while looking busy.. His greeting was always something like, "You waited a long time, sorry for being late." In the end, the surgery did not turn out well either.
