I went there for a consultation, and the consultation manager was so rude that I felt really upset. I had an appointment and went there, but the waiting time was long too, even though there weren't many people at the clinic. And when they gave me the consultation, the tone was already terrible. In the end I didn't get the shot, but because I took a long time worrying, they sighed and said they would give me time to go বাইরে and think it over, so I left without getting it.
