바이준 — Review

When I was looking for a hospital to have surgery, I relied on information and word of mouth from doctor acquaintances, seniors, classmates, people around me who had surgery, and hairstylists who work exclusively with celebrities, so I honestly didn’t even know that there were plastic surgery cafes like this one. I only found out after my surgery, and I heard that this place has the biggest influence of all, so... I signed up and completed the level-up process so I could write a review here, hoping that people considering surgery could safely have their procedures at a good hospital..ㅎㅎ I’m writing this on the way back after bringing bread for the director and giving my final follow-up visit! (I verified the payment receipt.) Before my surgery at byjun, my nose was a complete mess. Naturally small and short nose / feminine (semi-upturned) line / alar retraction = made it look like a snub nose / crooked I was born with those features, and the problem was that I had already had one surgery at another hospital.. The first surgery at that other hospital did nothing to improve my nose.ㅠ For men, the nose is the center of the face.. and if the center can’t do its job, the overall appearance just doesn’t come togetherㅠㅠ So a nose revision had long been something I really wanted to doㅜㅜ Before I had surgery at byjun, I had already visited quite a few hospitals besides byjun to do my homework( all famous hospitals...). The reason I chose byjun over all those other places is as follows. As mentioned above, I had been born with an extremely difficult nose, so when I decided to have revision surgery, I had hopes and expectations that I would be transformed into a handsome nose. But at most of the other hospitals besides byjun, the directors all said it was a difficult nose and that improvement would be hard.. They said I’d have to give up on aestheticsㅠ Also, compared with byjun, the other hospitals only focused on the nose in a very local way during consultation, so after visiting all the hospitals on my list, I strongly felt that if I had surgery at one of those other hospitals, I might end up with a nose that was pretty by itself but didn’t suit my overall vibe, face size, or face shape. By contrast, Director Kim Jun-sung at byjun focused on the parts of my nose that could be improved and explained how those problems could be solved in a way I could intuitively understand with Photoshop. He also looked at my whole face, not just my nose, and considered my proportions and overall vibe. And byjun follows a small-group principle for both consultation patients and surgery patients, and it allocates time in a divided way, so unlike other plastic surgery clinics that often feel like a chaotic market, it was extremely quiet and there were very few people. The appointment time also wasn’t delayed. Because of that, neither the director nor the staff were rushing through the consultation, so I was able to ask enough questions, which was a huge advantage, and I felt communication would go well even after surgery. :) I’m now at the point where I’ve completed my 6-month follow-up, and the director has said there is no need for me to come in anymore. I’m really amazed by the results beyond my expectations! I got a straight masculine nose that suits my face, beyond the limits of a small nose, my nostrils became less visible, and since he designed my crooked nose so it no longer looks crooked, I’m amazed every time I look in the mirror! (When I’m in a bad mood, looking in the mirror has become a habit these days..ㅋㅋ When I look, my mood suddenly gets better ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ) It was clear that my facial axis was crooked, and other hospitals said it couldn’t be improved, but Director Kim Jun-sung designed it so it matches my naturally inherited facial axis while still not looking crooked from the front~ On top of that, he made the director’s trademark “philtrum column” elegantly with his own technique, so even though the nose was raised a lot and the tip was lowered, it doesn’t look like surgery was done. In other words, even though it was improved a lot, it looks like a natural nose... wow. My nose has now been reborn as a perfect nose. My image has become very refined and masculine! Thanks to the director designing the center of my face, my appearance stands out, and as a result it was a decision I have no regrets about :) Nose surgery is really difficult and finicky, so there are a huge number of revisions, but I hope everyone just gets surgery at byjun and lives their lives keeping a pretty nose forever! Unlike other hospitals that mass-produce the same standardized line like a factory, Director Kim Jun-sung diagnoses and performs surgery while respecting the patient’s needs and considering each person’s facial proportions and overall vibe(so he never recommends unnecessary procedures either), so I really hope everyone at least goes for a consultation~ Just as a side note, byjun plastic surgery clinic isn’t just kind because of the director; the manager, coordinator, and nurses are all kind too (they sometimes even joke around, which is so funny ㅋㅋㅋ), so every time I visited it felt less like going to a hospital and more like going to a comfortable homeㅎㅎ Director!!!! Please don’t think about retiring, and please stay active in the field for a long timeㅠㅠ
