A satisfying consultation. The director was also very confident and answered the questions I asked in a professional way. From a patient's point of view, if they say they'll try to improve even things that can't be done, that tends to feel more trustworthy, and Director Winne said it wasn't difficult and that they would try, which made me trust them. However, the very fast surgery time is a bit of a concern.. Honestly, even if it takes a bit longer, I prefer thoroughness, but instead it was just too fast
