They recommended forward chin advancement, Botox, and jaw angle work, and also recommended liposuction. The doctor was kind. But instead of finding a surgery tailored only to me, it felt more like I had to fit into a fixed framework. This is a T-osteotomy. The consultation manager was a bit much lol, suddenly switched to informal speech.
