Even with just under-eye fat repositioning, it is possible to make the under-eye area flat now. The surgery goes in through the conjunctiva, and they also do dural reinforcement. After nose surgery, the front cheekbones may look flatter, but that is a separate issue. After repositioning, the aegyo-sal does not look reduced at all, though there may be a little wrinkling. Dark under-eye circles have to be addressed with Rejuran or toning. They explained realistically and conservatively while showing recent surgical cases.
