My overall impression of the consultation was that it looked very busy because it was morning, and it felt like they were just going through prepared material as if doing homework. I was a little disappointed because there was not enough concrete explanation of how much my concerns would actually improve. The consultation fee was not small, but compared with that, I did not feel that they were especially professional or that they actively led the consultation.
