This is the first time I have experienced a hospital wait this bad... There were not even that many people, but on the phone they told me there would probably be about a 30-minute wait, and I went expecting that. By the time I had been waiting about 40 minutes, the patients waiting next to me were getting angry in the lobby... Only then did a staff member come around and ask whether we wanted a drink, which felt a bit off... Anyway, I went earlier than my appointment time, but the total wait was about an hour and a half! I think other people should go only when they have plenty of time.
