I visited after finally managing to get a consultation appointment! The director explained everything so kindly and I really liked that he showed me with Photoshop what it would look like! I was disappointed that the director's consultation time was so short, but I was satisfied that the consultation manager continued and explained everything in detail, and I already booked a surgery date, so I'm really looking forward to it haha
