The manager consulted me very kindly, and during the consultation it didn't feel like they were trying to upsell unnecessary things (because when I said I was debating whether I should also get an inner canthoplasty, they said there was no real need for it and recommended only non-incisional double eyelid surgery, so it didn't seem like any deliberate upselling).
