I visited after cutting through a huge wait, and the director was extremely kind and objective. They didn't seem annoyed even when I asked questions, and they gave a good consultation, which I liked..! When I went, there wasn't a single staff member there, so the director personally gave me the estimate and scheduled everything, which I thought was unusual. The cost was also better than I had been worried it would be.
