I originally went to consult with the designated chief doctor, but the consultation was switched to another doctor. I waited over 40 minutes longer than my original appointment time before going in. There were so many people, and the waiting room was mixed with people waiting for nose, eye, and other consultations, so it was chaotic. Every consultation room was packed. I went in planning to do only buried sutures, but the manager had written down eye correction, upper canthoplasty, and buried sutures, so I was confused. Was the doctor deciding without even looking? It seemed like the doctor was just reading what had been written down by the manager. Not good. I was also speechless when they said they would do my surgery in the one-hour gap between other patients' surgeries lol I am not going.
