For revision nose surgery, they planned <silicone replacement + ear cartilage + nostril reduction + nasolabial angle correction>. I thought the nasolabial angle part was unnecessary, but they said it was for the overall proportions. The doctor has good aesthetics, so I said I wanted to leave the shape part completely to them. And they said there was a lot of ear cartilage left, so there was no need to use rib cartilage. The fact that I could proceed without rib cartilage was such a big advantage for me that I was tempted! But the problem was that I had gotten semi-permanent filler, so I told them I wanted it removed. Other clinics said they couldn't remove it completely, but would remove as much as possible and proceed; however, this doctor said they wouldn't remove it at all. Since they wouldn't remove it, I didn't know how the design would change, and they said they'd open it up and decide after seeing the condition. I heard their skills were excellent, so I was disappointed by the consultation but was considering surgery, yet because of this part I couldn't feel sure and decided not to do itㅠㅠ And it seems like this clinic is perfect for people who want to leave everything to the doctor and proceed. Rather than trying to listen to what the patient wants, they seem to want to proceed according to the doctor's firm aesthetic standards.
