First of all, I waited more than 2 hours as soon as I arrived, and the place was packed, but everyone had to wait at least 2 hours..... When I asked the person next to me, they said they had booked the same time, so it seems like they just take reservations and make people wait. I understand that it’s the busy season at the start of January, but isn’t this system just wrong.. After waiting 2 hours, I kept complaining to the front desk, and they put me somewhere else and made me wait again. For the consultation, they just brought in whatever doctor happened to be passing by. He came over saying,
