I had surgery 15 years ago right after the college entrance exam. My eyes were so small that I think I got maximum inner and outer canthoplasty and went with a semi-out look. So even now, the eye length is so long that it cannot really be widened any more, and just looking at the eyes makes the canthoplasty look excessive, but on my face the proportions still end up not bad. I do not know what went wrong at the time of surgery, but maybe the right side did not go well because the operation took over 3 hours, and as a result it has settled in unevenly.
