I had seen some comments saying the doctor seemed busy and was also rude, so honestly I did not go in with high expectations, but on the day I went for consultation, it was not a particularly busy day, and he answered all my questions kindly. The consultation also took about 20 minutes, whereas the reviews said the head doctor consultation ended in 5 minutes
