From the moment I entered the hospital, the staff welcomed me kindly, so I relaxed a lot, and I was able to receive the procedure in a generally comfortable atmosphere. The doctor also gave a very thorough consultation, checked my shoulder condition, and explained in detail how the procedure would be carried out, which gave me confidence. The procedure itself ended faster than I expected, and the pain was at a tolerable level, so it wasn't burdensome. The doctor's hands were so delicate that I was able to receive it much more comfortably than I had expected, and they kept checking my condition throughout the procedure, which reassured me. The hospital was clean and all the staff were kind, so even though it was my first visit, I left feeling good. The skill is good and the service was satisfying too, so if I ever need trapezius botox or another procedure in the future, I plan to come back here. It's a hospital I would confidently recommend to people around me.
