After talking a lot with the consultation director, I went into the doctor's office. The doctor just fixed the line and sent me back out. I went because a friend said they had it done here, and when I went on that friend's recommendation, they set me up with the exact same line as my friend. I heard even my friend's friend had the same line. It seems they set everyone up with a thin in-out line.
