I had a consultation for eyes and nose last year. When I went into the hospital, it seemed quite crowded, and the front desk staff was just so-so. The manager who consulted with me was very kind and understood exactly what I wanted as soon as I explained it, so we could talk right away. Then I waited a bit for the consultation with the director, maybe 10 or 15 minutes? I thought I would go in right away or only have to wait a few minutes. At first I was only asking about my nose, so I only asked about the nose, and they were kind, but it felt like they only answered what I asked. Still, if I asked about something I was curious about, they answered everything and did not push me too hard. When I asked whether I needed alar reduction, they said it was not really necessary and that on my face, alar reduction would probably look a bit strange. They said that if I raised the bridge and did the tip, the nostrils would naturally look a bit smaller too. When I asked about my eyes too, they said I would need an incision, and when I asked whether non-incision was possible, they said it was possible but could loosen later.
