It has already been more than 3 years since I had surgery here. From the reviews, it seems the staff still push same-day reservations and the review event is still going on. Back then, every time I came for consultation > surgery > follow-up, the staff member who had been helping me kept resigning, if I remember correctly.. The director was honest, did not push things too much, and only told me exactly what was necessary. They said it would come out nicely, and the surgery went well. In fact, the line came out nicely, and people around me say it looks so natural and good that no one would know unless I told them. The problem, however, is that the silicone moves. It moves enough to be uncomfortable in daily life, so I am eventually planning to remove it. I do not think this part was the doctor's surgical mistake. It could be a structural issue with my nose, or there could be various other reasons. What I regret is that when I repeatedly told them early on that the bridge of my nose seemed bent to one side, I was told it was because of swelling... that if the columella were normal, it was not bent... that kind of answer. I listened to the hospital and waited patiently, but even as time passed it still looked bent, and the silicone movement became worse. When I visited, I was told that since silicone was inserted, movement was only natural, and that this level was not a major problem. They said if it was uncomfortable, they could lower it and do revision surgery, but I would have to pay the cost. If I had known earlier, when I repeatedly said the bridge seemed bent to one side, that the silicone had not been fixed properly and that was why it looked crooked, I would have taken action sooner, and that is what I regret most. I did not realize there was no one with moving silicone until I went to consult at another hospital and touched the bridges of acquaintances who had had nose surgery. Until then I only trusted the hospital and thought some movement was possible.. I still do not know whether they were saying it would be fine in the long term, after 5 or 10 years.. In my case, it is not just a simple movement; it moves in the direction I turn my head, and it can move freely, even zigzag. The silicone was also inserted higher than the hospital told me. Because it was lifted too high, I will probably have to accept a step-off after removal as well. I had surgery with hard-won material taken from my own body just to become prettier, but in the end I will have to take everything out and go back to my original appearance. Still, I lived with a pretty nose for 3 years. Thank you for saying you worked hard on the surgery.
