I had a consultation about 4 months ago. The doctor was kind and explained everything in detail, but the director was extremely rude, and the way they answered questions was so unpleasant I even wondered if they were trying to pick a fight. Also, the before-and-after photos showed mostly side profiles, so for someone like me who needs improvement for a bulbous nose, it didn't feel trustworthy.
