I had lip filler after a long time and also got ear filler, which I had been debating for a while. If ear filler is done wrong, the ears only end up looking huge and ugly, but they really made my lying-down ears stand up naturally. People keep saying I look younger now lol The lip filler was also, no need to say more, they do it so well that even a little bit looks pretty and natural.
