The counter staff are unfriendly, but at other times they're kind; very typical. I've had procedures done here about three times. Director Song suited me better than Director Shim, and while doing the procedure, he kept explaining how it was going in. At the end I kept asking them to put in more, but they didn't because it seemed like it would become too much, and I was satisfied with the result. As other people said, they do push imported products pretty hard. Still, the assistants inside are kind, and the atmosphere during the procedure was
